St. Andrews, Scotland

You cannot talk about golf in Europe without speaking about the famed St. Andrews Golf Course in Scotland. It’s believed to be the birthplace of the game and is the oldest golf course in the world. Keep in mind though that it’s still a private course so that it could be difficult to tee off and it is known for being quite expensive also.

Ballybunion, Ireland
